Office Administrator

The Office Administrator reports to the President and will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, and ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional and polite manner
  • Be responsible for the distribution of all incoming and outgoing communication
  • Preparation and handling of confidential correspondence reports, memos and letters
  • Preparation of daily, weekly monthly reports,
  • Representing the company at networking functions and outreach activities
  • Data entry of required information
  • Attend meetings and scribe minutes
  • Work independently and/or as a team member
  • Assist in setting up training sessions
  • Assist in developing communications and materials
  • Perform duties as dictated by senior management team
  • Role model in terms of work habit, attitude, professionalism
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
